Please be aware all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are available once the painting, print or artefact has left the studio.

PRINTS & ARTEFACTS

If your print or artefact arrives damaged, please email studio@leosweron.com within 5 days of delivery and include clear photo evidence of the damage and a replacement will be issued and sent.

ORIGINAL ARTWORK

If an original artwork arrives damaged, please email studio@leosweron.com within 5 days of delivery and we will work together to find a solution.

All intellectual property rights, including copyright, moral rights, reproduction, licensing, and derivative rights, remain exclusively with the artist. The buyer may not reproduce, distribute, publish, license, or commercially photograph the artwork, or create derivative works, without the artist’s prior written consent.

Risk of loss or damage passes to the buyer once the artwork leaves the artist’s possession. Insurance following dispatch is the buyer’s responsibility.
